We carefully follow the specifications you choose, so we encourage you to double-check your selections before completing your purchase.

A Note on Colours

Every colour on our website is identified by its corresponding fabric colour code.

While we take great care to represent colours accurately, slight shade variations may occur due to differences in mobile cameras, screen displays, lighting conditions, photography and fabric dye lots.

A variation of approximately 10% in the perceived shade is possible and is not considered a wrong-colour delivery.

Exchanges

As every petticoat is made to order, we do not offer exchanges for changes in size, colour or personal preference.

However, if you receive a colour or size materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

The petticoat must be unworn, unwashed and have all its original tags intact. Exchange requests are subject to verification and approval.
